4. Payment processing

5. Cancellation and refund policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting contact@fichepro.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refund is granted for the current period. After cancellation, the account automatically reverts to the free plan with limited access.
Right of withdrawal (EU): EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period, unless access to the service has already begun with their express consent, in which case this right is lost for the period started.
