All content on the FichePro AI website (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software) is the exclusive property of the publisher or its partners and is protected by French and international intellectual-property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the site, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written authorization from the publisher.

4. Payment processing

Financial transactions are secured by Stripe, certified PCI-DSS Level 1. No banking data is stored on our servers.

Prices displayed on the site are in euros (EUR) including tax. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled by the user before the end of the current period.

5. Cancellation and refund policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting contact@fichepro.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No refund is granted for the current period. After cancellation, the account automatically reverts to the free plan with limited access.

Right of withdrawal (EU): EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period, unless access to the service has already begun with their express consent, in which case this right is lost for the period started.

7. Limitation of liability

The editor strives to provide an available and reliable service but cannot guarantee the complete absence of interruptions or errors.

The publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or impossibility to use the service.

7.1 AI-Generated Content

Product sheets, descriptions, hooks, bullets, video scripts, images and all content produced by the artificial intelligence modules of FichePro AI (including agents named Léa, Marc, Sofia, Tom, Nina and Alex, which are AI assistants and not human experts) are generated automatically from data provided by the user. They are provided for informational purposes only and must be verified, reviewed and adjusted by the user before any publication or commercial distribution. The editor cannot be held responsible for errors, omissions, misleading claims, infringement of third-party rights (trademarks, copyrights) or legal consequences resulting from the user's publication of content generated by AI tools.

7.2 Predictions, Scores and Estimates

The modules Predictive Winning Products, Niche Finder, Catalog Score, Margin Analysis, Persona Simulator, as well as any predictive indicator, opportunity, score, estimated margin, audience or volume displayed by the service, are statistical analyses based on observable public signals (Google Trends, Meta Ad Library, Reddit, Wikipedia, YouTube, AliExpress, catalog data shared by the user).

These analyses do not constitute investment advice, nor professional financial, legal, tax or business advice. Past performance is no indication of future performance. No guarantee of revenue, profitability, accuracy or commercial success is provided. Any decision to purchase, launch a product, allocate budget or implement a business strategy is the sole responsibility of the user. The editor disclaims all responsibility in case of financial loss, unsold inventory, margin decline or any direct or indirect harm linked to the use of these analyses.

7.3 Advertising Intelligence Tools (Ad Spy)

The Ad Spy module aggregates advertisements publicly broadcast via the Meta Ad Library (public database made available by Meta Platforms Inc. for advertising transparency purposes). The associated classifications (hook category, assumed persona, CTA type, estimated spending level, assumed reasons for performance, suggested angles) are analyses automatically generated by AI and do not constitute market truth.

The use of these analyses to draw inspiration from or replicate elements of a third-party advertisement is the user's responsibility, particularly regarding respect for intellectual property rights (trademarks, slogans, protected visuals). FichePro AI cannot be held responsible for disputes between the user and a third-party advertiser.

7.4 Supplier Suggestions (Supplier Finder)

The suppliers, platforms (AliExpress, 1688, Made-in-China, Alibaba, etc.), unit prices, MOQ, shipping times, reliability or quality scores displayed by the Supplier Finder module are suggestions generated algorithmically from public data. They do not in any way constitute a recommendation, certification, business partnership or guarantee of quality, identity, solvency, compliance or performance.

Before any commercial, contractual or financial engagement with a supplier identified via the service, the user commits to conducting their own due diligence, including: verification of the supplier's legal identity, request for samples, review of independent opinions, validation of product certifications (CE, FCC, RoHS, etc.), compliance with applicable customs and tax obligations, and where appropriate consultation of a sourcing professional or attorney.

FichePro AI cannot be held responsible for disputes, delays, quality defects, counterfeits, fraud, stock shortages, customs blockages, regulatory non-compliance, financial losses or any direct or indirect harm resulting from a business relationship entered into by the user based on a suggestion provided by the service.

7.5 Technical AI Subprocessors

AI analyses rely on third-party models, notably OpenAI (GPT models). Data sent to these models is strictly limited to the context necessary for the requested analysis and is not used to train these third-party models. Details of subprocessors are specified in our Privacy Policy.

8. Applicable law

These legal notices are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of the site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
