Terms of Use

1. Service overview
FichePro AI is an online service published by Dogan Sezer, allowing e-commerce merchants to generate optimized product listings using artificial intelligence, for platforms such as Shopify, Amazon and TikTok Shop.
Access to and use of the service implies full acceptance of these terms of use (TOU).
2. Service access
The service is accessible after creating a user account. Some features are available for free within a monthly quota. Advanced features are available via paid subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Agency).
The user agrees to provide accurate information at registration and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Renewal is automatic unless cancelled before the due date.
Current pricing is as follows (in euros including tax):
- Free Plan — €0/month (3 listings/month)
- Starter Plan — €39/month or €374/year (50 listings/month)
- Pro Plan — €89/month or €854/year (200 listings/month)
- Agency Plan — €199/month or €1,910/year (unlimited)
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice via email. Changes do not apply to periods already billed.
4. Acceptable use
The user agrees not to:
- Use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Generate misleading, defamatory content or content infringing third parties' rights
- Attempt to circumvent quotas or security mechanisms
- Resell or redistribute access to the service without authorization
5. Intellectual property
Content generated by the service belongs to the user who generated it. FichePro AI reserves the right to use generated content in anonymized form for service improvement purposes.
The platform, its code, brand and graphic elements are the exclusive property of FichePro AI and are protected by intellectual property law.
6. Limitation of liability
FichePro AI strives to provide a quality service but does not guarantee the accuracy, relevance or completeness of generated listings. The user is solely responsible for verifying and using the content produced.
In no event shall FichePro AI be liable for indirect losses or damages resulting from the use of the service.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings (« Manage my subscription » section) or by contacting contact@fichepro.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to paid features is maintained until that date.
No refund is granted for the current billing period at the time of cancellation. After cancellation, the account automatically reverts to the free plan.
Right of withdrawal (EU): Pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers residing in the European Union have a 14-day period from subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, unless access to the service has already started with their express consent. By creating an account and immediately accessing the service, the user acknowledges waiving this right of withdrawal for the period begun. To exercise this right before any use, contact contact@fichepro.ai.
FichePro AI reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these terms.
8. Modifications to the terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Applicable law
These terms are subject to French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
